You must be legally allowed to use Discord and our services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account security, all activity under your account, and maintaining accurate account information.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We strive for high availability, but uninterrupted uptime is not guaranteed. Planned and emergency maintenance may affect access.
User Data and License
You retain ownership of your content and configuration data. You grant Darklock a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Third-Party Services
Darklock integrates with third-party services such as Discord. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if abuse is detected, or where legally required. You may stop using the service at any time.

You agree to defend and indemnify Darklock from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
