Common questions
How does Pro's one-server rule work?
Each Pro subscription covers exactly one Discord server. You choose the server during checkout (you must own it or have Manage Server permission). You can move Pro to a different server from the dashboard — freely within 7 days of purchase, then once every 30 days.
Which servers does Enterprise cover?
Enterprise follows your account, not a single server. It automatically covers every server where you're the owner or hold Administrator / Manage Server permission and Darklock is installed — including servers you add later. It never applies to servers you merely joined.
How do new features roll out?
New features ship to Enterprise first, then Pro, then Free on a published schedule. Your dashboard shows exactly when an upcoming feature unlocks for your plan.
How do I cancel or manage billing?
Subscriptions are managed through the Stripe billing portal, available from the dashboard. Cancel anytime — paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period, then the server returns to the Free plan automatically.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries the charge automatically. If payment can't be collected, the subscription is marked past due and paid features are suspended until billing is fixed — your settings and data are kept and everything resumes when payment succeeds.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards. Darklock never sees or stores your card details.
