DarkLock provides security and moderation services for Discord servers and web applications, including but not limited to:

  • Anti-spam and anti-raid protection
  • User authentication and access control
  • Security monitoring and threat detection
  • Dashboard and management tools
  • Premium features and services

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Premium Services

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial periods
  • Price changes with 30 days notice

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in that policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Temporary service disruptions
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Issues beyond our reasonable control
  • Third-party service failures

All content, features, and functionality are owned by DarkLock and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or abusive behavior
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any reason at our discretion

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkLock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
